This will be a quick tutorial, on how to open a menu link in the new browser tab.
You may want your navigation menu links and pages to open in a new tab. Or even disable it, if already enabled. Here is how;
- Go to Appearance > Menus
Screen Options
Then check if link target option is enabled.
- Click Screen Options tab ( Top right hand corner )
- Tick “Link Target” to enable.
- Click Screen Options tab again to close.
This will now enable the option in the menu settings.
Menu Item's
If you have multiple menu’s select one.
- Click on each menu item you want to open in a new tab.
- Tick “Open Link in the a new tab” to enable it for that item. Or untick to disable.
- Once done, click “Save Menu” button.
